* Closing date for abstract submission is 21 November 2008

* The abstract should contain no more than 300 words

* Please include the following information in your submission:

• Name of the corresponding author (e.g. Cushing H)
• E-mail address of the corresponding author
• List of the authors (Cushing H, Dandy W, Dott N)
• Affiliations
• Title
• Aim
• Method
• Results
• Conclusion
• Competing interests

* The abstract should be saved as a Microsoft Word document. Save the document using the surname of the corresponding author e.g cushing_1.doc

* Please e-mail the abstract to g_narenthiran@hotmail.com as an e-mail attachment
